6.5.3.1 General

The generation of measurement data for recording shall be independent from cycle controller functions, except data processing for export of these data at the specified interface.

The data processing for export shall be performed using software modules, segregated from the moduless for the cycle control functions.

In addition data from the comtroller, e.g. cycle identification,fault indications, shall be provided at the data interface.

NOTE For software validation see 7.3
