Real World Drug Discovery: A Chemist's Guide to Biotech and Pharmaceutical Research ,那你现在可以加上 Drug Discovery: Practices, Processes, and Perspectives (编著者Jack Li和E. J. Corey)、Textbook of Drug Design and Discovery(编著者Krogsgaard-Larsen等)、第三版的 The Organic Chemistry of Drug Design and Drug Action ,以及 The Practice of Medicinal Chemistry(Camille Wermuth编著)。 An Introduction to Medicinal Chemistry .
Drugs: From Discovery to Approval, 以及Walter Sneader的 Drug Discovery: A History.
A Pharmacology Primer: Techniques for More Effective and Strategic Drug Discovery, 以及 Pharmacology in Drug Discovery: Understanding Drug Response. 还有Cannon的 Pharmacology for Chemists, Nogrady 和Weaver合编的 Molecular Biology in Medicinal Chemistry.
Drug-like Properties: Concepts, Structure Design and Methods: from ADME to Toxicity Optimization. Blood-Brain Barrier in Drug Discovery: Optimizing Brain Exposure of CNS Drugs and Minimizing Brain Side Effects for Peripheral Drugs. Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Quick Guide.
Casarett & Doull's Toxicology: The Basic Science of Poisons Principles and Methods of Toxicology(Hayes编著)。
Navigating the Path to Industry,
