使用浊度法，美国药典中阴性对照的标准和中国药典的标准一致吗？美国药典是该怎么翻译和解读
这是美国药典：The result with Solution D does not exceed the limit of the blank value required in the description of the lysate reagent
employed, or it is less than the endotoxin detection limit of the lysate reagent employed.
中国药典：反应时间大于标准曲线最低点的反应时间或检测值小于标准曲线最低点的检测值。

一样 溶液D就是细菌检查用水，也就是空白，检测值要小于检测限度，也就是标准曲线的最低点。
中国药典描述更直白一些。
