公司没有将ISO14644指南作为检查洁净区房间是否符合ISO 8/9的指南，因此XQ中的可接受标准有待确认。没有进行证明LAF中气流为垂直流的烟雾试验，并且LAF中有两个紫外灯管，但是其中一个缺失了。无论EQ还是xQ均没有给出解释。

注：
1 LAF：可能为超净台or分装线或类似于药品分装时使用的Rabs设备吧，还需联系上下文理解
2 ISO 14644，一份指南，可以从网上下下来看看
3 关于EQ/xQ，实在不知道是啥，跟设备确认中使用的3Q(IQ/OQ/PQ）确认有关吧。

该公司没有使用作为指导检查他们的房间是否符合ISO8/9要求的ISO14644,因此不能保证在xq(3q验证？)中采用的标准。对于单项层流系统，公司没有进行垂直单层流的烟雾实验，同时在没有说明的情况下缺失一个紫外灯管。EQ（设备确认？）维护和xq都没有缺失的相关记录。
