进入洁净区的物料管理

“在SOP中 添加一个【进入洁净区的物料清单表】在表格中规定物料进入特定级别的洁净区应采用的清洁或消毒方式” 应该对SOP中的有关项目做确认 B级区逐项确认，C级和D级区基于风险评估结果制定判断是否需要开展确认
请各路大神指点一下这种思路合理不？给点意见和建议

欧盟无菌附录2022版，相关描述：
Only materials and equipment that have been included on an approved list and assessed during validation of the transfer process should be transferred into the grade A or grade B areas via an airlock or pass-through hatches. Equipment and materials (intended for use in the grade A area) should be protected when transiting through the grade B area. Any unapproved items that require transfer should be pre-approved as an exception. Appropriate risk assessment and mitigation measures should be applied and
recorded as per the manufacturer's CCS and should include a specific disinfection and monitoring programme approved by quality assurance.
应仅允许包含在已批准清单中并在转移验证中评估的物料和设备，通过气锁或传递窗转移到A级或B级区。设备和物料（预计用于A级区）通过B级区转移时应受到保护。任何需要转移的未获批物品应作为例外情况预先得到批准。应按照生产商 的CCS，应用和记录适当的风险评估和缓解措施，并应包括经质量保证部门批准的特定 的消毒和监测程序。

我现在的疑惑就是：转移验证方案中检项应该包含哪些 B级的做灭菌工艺验证 灭菌效果验证 表面微生物取样（＜5参照无菌附录）  C级和D级就仅做表面微生物取样（参照无菌附录）     需不需要寻找最差条件（实在不知道怎么找最差条件呀）

评估一下在物体表面去几个点说明结果就好了，
但是正反面之类的可以去说明，比如你们进入是酒精喷淋是否反面效果差之类去反面
又或者是HVP消毒传送的，那个面或者哪里可能重叠影响消毒效果取一下
